I manage a village pharmacy that dispenses 7300-7700 items with a relatively new team that I have assembled. Since joining the pharmacy, I have stabilised the branch, instilling within the team a clear idea of how we want the pharmacy to move forward; we have regained the trust of the village after a very turbulent 12 months or so previous to me joining; and we have seen a significant growth in patients, many of whom have come back to the pharmacy on account of the very visible improvements made. The goal for me here is to continue the growth we're currently experiencing, to the point of hitting levels previously not reached by the branch; in turn making the pharmacy one of the highest performing ones in the area.

I held a role here as a teacher on the SLT. I played a key role in the delivering of a new curriculum, and implementing varying teaching styles. I ran teacher training days, as well as delivered short workshops aimed at improving communication, and planning. I played a significant role in moving the institute to an online platform just before lockdown, which saw us increase from 170 students to 350 within the space of 3 months.

Fulfilled the role as the senior dispense/supervisor of a dispensary that was open 100 hours/week with a heavy footfall. During this time I had increased the average item value for £8.10 to £11.00, and had reduced the turnover time for prescriptions from two working days to one. Excelled and relished in the opportunity to provide an excellent level of customer service across all levels of the business. I had revamped the work flow of this particular branch to ensure a swift dispensing process, allowing for the maximisation of potential services.

Held a role as a dispenser here for almost 3 years. Was the lead dispenser, and played a vital role in ensuring same day turnover in an internet pharmacy that, at its peak, did ~12000 items. I had also overseen a merger here, ensuring the transfer of patients with continuation of care without losing a single patient during the transfer; all whilst dispensing duties as a sole dispenser managing ~6000 items reducing to 0 (due to the transfer) over the course of 3 months. I played a key role in seeing the pharmacy go from 1500 items to 7000 in the space of two years.

I held the role of headmaster here following volunteer work for the previous 2 years. I had developed a simple curriculum, and ensured the mosque was catering to the 150 students that were present during my tenure. I was responsible for the training of 6 staff, as well as taking care all administrative duties.

My role was to ensure stock was on display in an orderly fashion, to aid customers when needed, to keep the stock room tidy, and to regularly perform stock checks.I played the leading role in the sales of books both wholesale, and retail. I had maintained the highest amount of book sales in a 4 month period throughout the history of the company.

Pharmacy Dispenser at a chemist in Sheffield in a working environment which relied on heavily on efficient working under pressure. My role involved the dispensing of prescription drugs to patients, checking of deliveries and stock, aiding with the dispensing of nomad trays, delivery of drugs to care homes alongside the paperwork involved. Often doubled as a Medicines counter assistant, serving patients on the till and processing prescriptions.
