Jack Welch once said, “Strategy follows people; the right person leads to the right strategy.” As a ‘Gen X’ growing up in Saudi Arabia, I have always been this very shy person who preferred to be in my comfort zone. University days in India slowly instilled in me the needed extraversion with Post-grad days in Australia finally transforming me into this confident person that I am today.My dad always advises me that ‘Life’s gonna be a roller-coaster son, so brace yourself up for the thrills.’ With nearly 2 decades of industry experience in the field of Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) / Operations Management / Strategy Management / Business Process Improvements (BPM) / Project Management, I’m still absorbing the thrills of working life. So much so that I now see this innate passion for continuous excellence and perfection as a constant source of feed to scale new heights. Extolled with people skills, I believe in fostering relationships - be at the work or personal front. I hold a post-grad degree majoring in Finance (MBA) and bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE - Mechanical).Entrepreneurship & Innovation will be the pillars of the next Industrial Revolution, I reckon.
