* The role involves developing and executing supply chain strategies to achieve organizational objectives, understanding demand forecasts and inventory requirements, and planning and coordinating procurement distribution of goods.* The job involves sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability, negotiating contracts and agreements, and monitoring supplier performance to address any issues or concerns.* The process involves identifying and evaluating supply chain risks, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring global events and market conditions that may impact the supply chain.* Maintain positive supplier relationships, work with them to improve processes, reduce costs, enhance collaboration, and promptly address any issues or disputes.* The task involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the supply chain, staying informed about regulatory changes, and adjusting processes accordingly.

Major Responsibilities:* Handle the company’s end-to-end sourcing operations and manage all overseas procurement.* Conduct supplier analysis, evaluate potential suppliers, and manage overall supplier qualification process, develop and create sourcing plan, request for proposal and other documents, evaluate and recommend purchasing and sourcing decision to management.* Monitor & manage import-related works which include corresponding with suppliers, LC operations, customs clearing, etc.* Coordinate with Banks, Insurance, Customs, Freight Forwarders, C&F Agents, and Transport agencies.

* Plan and execute delivery schedules to fulfill the demands of the customers.* Ensure timely delivery and mitigate any delays that can hamper the overall process.* Monitor delivery orders on a daily basis and identify ways to improve and increase the efficiency of the process.* Build relationships with internal departments and external personnel such as suppliers for better output in the future.

* Performing all the procurement of the organization.* Reviewing & ensuring purchase requests in compliance with the approved budget for all kinds of procurement.* Collect quotation invite tender aiming to evaluate quotations.* Preparing comparative statements and place to Management before the procurement committee meeting.
