Collaborated with the bid and sales teams on the successful contract renegotiation with the Australian Defence Force for a total communications solution by providing technical expertise on the L Band products, producing service description documentations for the whole L Band portfolio and cooperated with the Network Operations and Sales team on agreeing the network SLAs for this contract. Conducted technical and commercial analyses based on customer business requirements and proposed technical solutions.

I introduced a service culture that was built on elements of purpose driven leadership principles, work habits, vision and values. I involved the service team and made sure that their input is included. This input helped with the strategy and process design which was fundamental to the design of the overall service management model. I made sure that the customer was very much involved in the creation and delivery of the service. The result was a successful launch of a service to support Google’s digital retail environment, which achieved 99% of all resolution SLAs. I managed the full end to end support process and introduced a remote monitoring solution that helped fix issues quickly, which resulted in customer satisfaction and positive feedback.

Collaborated with the sales team to win a UAE Presidential aircraft contract by providing technical expertise and configuring the Satcom terminal on board the aircraft to use the company’s Value-Added Services.
