Professional based learning:Working with different organizations that helped in the development of skills which are effective in the field of practical and professional experiences:1- Kuwait Building Group:Site Engineer who works with groups of people and connect all parties to achieve project goals and outcomes, mainly the work involves supervision and execution of various high-end residential and commercial Projects.1- Site Supervisor (SSH):Kazma camp expansion project located in subiya. 2- Site Engineer (Trueline Group Contracting Co.):Supervision and Management of various residential and commercial buildings.3- Site Inspection (SSH - in joint venture with DAR):Checking shop drawings before supervision and rebar distribution on site referring to drawings.Project Based Learning (BAU):Working with different group members within projects during my Undergraduate and Graduate studies, I had developed a lot analytical and practical skills as follows:1- Quantitative Analysis:I had designed, distributed, collected, and analyzed survey questionnaire related to Risk Management which was part of my thesis titled as " Risk Register Implementation strategy by construction companies in the Middle East ".2- Plastic Straws in Concrete:Design of Reinforced Concrete Beam where concrete containing 0.5%,1.5% and 3% of plastic straws were added by volume and was designed, calculated, casted, and tested.3- Robot Structural Analysis:Design of a 9-floor Commercial Building along with its rebar distribution and detailing. 4- Microsoft Project: In a Team Project, we performed scheduling, assigning resources to tasks, managed the budget, and analyzed workloads of a Commercial Building project.
