(Block work , Plaster, Painting, and all elevations activity). Organize the Man power and subcontractors including equipment's and materials to achieve the required progress with in the quality requirements. Coordinate between client and our team by modification by updating shop drawing or redesign. Direct Dealing with Suppliers and subcontractors . Produce daily reports, detailed in away to show quantities executed, allocated labor force and location as required. Review and release the subcontractors payment.

2- Project: Dar Masr project - new Mansoura City #Job title: Technical Office Engineer #Responsibilities: Reviewing all structure and arch design drawings and following up on all civil and finishing works execution . Preparing material submittals, RFI, Reports, and Cad Sketched Details. Coordination with head office in Egypt in regard to material procurement, with suppliers in regard to delivery plane, with consultant in regard to technical Inquires . Quantity surveying for all civil and finishing work and releasing the final revised B.O.Q . Preparing invoices and onsite contracts for sub-contractors and suppliers. Ensure the materials delivery schedule in conformance with works schedule. Follow up the project time schedule.

1-Project: R3 Neighborhood -The new administrative capital of Egypt. #Job title: Civil site Engineer #Responsibilities: Inspection for QA/QC of Structural work and finishing. Coordination between the subcontractors , suppliers ,consultant and the Clint. Coordinating and direct following all project activities onsite . Maintains project time by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems. Attend on and off-site meetings with all parties. Preparing the landscape area to the subcontractors. Monitor the progress of the project activities according to project department requirements to verify that the updated schedule comply with the approved baseline schedule and highlight critical issues and provide analysis to PM. Daily monitoring submittal logs for subcontractors, shop drawings and materials approvals to avoid any delay on procurement plan.
