Taking a two-year break from the field of public relations and gaining experience in new areas has provided me with valuable lessons for personal growth and development. However, I have made the decision to align all of my experiences by contributing to the growth of relationships and positioning of my primary home, which is Zarinpal.Designing and implementing Zarinpal's communication strategy, establishing effective relationships between Zarinpal and its stakeholders, protecting the brand reputation of Zarinpal, crafting and delivering messages accurately to the audience and stakeholders, strengthening and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets, organizing events and press conferences, as well as engaging in social responsibility and social entrepreneurship, are among the communication goals and activities I have undertaken at Zarinpal.

Based on a personal interest in education and attending personal development courses, we have decided to design and implement training courses with a focus on personal development for the organization's managers and branch managers of Asre Mahan chain store in line with the specified goals in internal communications. I am involved with Mahan Era Group as the designer and instructor of these courses.

Mahan Era Group is a family-owned business that includes Radykala, an online supermarket, and Asre Mahan chain stores. After the failure of Radykala online supermarket, we made efforts to improve internal communications within Mahan Era Group. Leveraging my knowledge in human resources from the Karizmaa project and the overlap between public relations and human resources, I am striving to enhance organizational culture, organizational behavior, organizational communication, and managerial training and development. I am working as a consultant alongside Mahan Era Group to contribute to these aspects of the organization.

One of the main challenges I faced at Radykala, the online supermarket, was to establish its rightful position in the market, considering the competition from well-established brands like Okala, Digikala Fresh, and Snapp Market. After several years of experience in the B2B sector, entering into the B2C business and retail industry presented me with new challenges in digital marketing and public relations.

Being an entrepreneur has always been a constant concern of mine. Karzmaa was taken seriously as my first steps in this challenging journey. I believed that through Karzmaa, I could guide job seekers towards the right career path. During my years of activity in the field of online businesses, I always strived not to confine my skills to a specific domain. My experiences in human resources and other business-related topics gave me the confidence to enter the world of entrepreneurship.

Gaining experience alongside training and overlapping subjects of content marketing and public relations was a way to grow and develop in order to create a doubly positive image of the Zarinpal brand through diligent efforts. Crisis management such as DDoS attacks, filtering, and defacing of Zarinpal, as well as organizing events and exhibitions, alongside responsiveness and interaction with businesses, have been among my actions as a public relations specialist thus far.

Zarinpal is my first and most important work experience. After years of freelancing and blogging, launching the Zarinpal blog and starting to write about the fintech was my first significant step in Zarinpal. Developing content strategy, communicating with the audience, and improving the introduction of Zarinpal were among my main responsibilities.
