Taking a two-year break from the field of public relations and gaining experience in new areas has provided me with valuable lessons for personal growth and development. However, I have made the decision to align all of my experiences by contributing to the growth of relationships and positioning of my primary home, which is Zarinpal.Designing and implementing Zarinpal's communication strategy, establishing effective relationships between Zarinpal and its stakeholders, protecting the brand reputation of Zarinpal, crafting and delivering messages accurately to the audience and stakeholders, strengthening and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets, organizing events and press conferences, as well as engaging in social responsibility and social entrepreneurship, are among the communication goals and activities I have undertaken at Zarinpal.

Based on a personal interest in education and attending personal development courses, we have decided to design and implement training courses with a focus on personal development for the organization's managers and branch managers of Asre Mahan chain store in line with the specified goals in internal communications. I am involved with Mahan Era Group as the designer and instructor of these courses.

After the failure of Radykala online supermarket, we made efforts to improve internal communications within Mahan Era Group.
