My responsibilities included: managing the project team, coordinating with the team of principal architect. Monitoring the work of contractors and working with various technical experts.

• Developed a set of concepts, architectural, and site development drawings. Responsible for the construction administrations like procurement of material and recruiting contractors and labours at the site.
• Handling client meetings, discussion the budget and preparing BOQ’s. Implemented and coordinated engineers and consultant through all the constructions stages guaranteeing efficient delivery and meeting deadlines
• For renovation projects, developed as-built drawings of initial spaces and drawings for the proposed modification as per the budgeted amount.

Kuwait

• Type of Project - Skyscraper having bank tower with 56 floors and museum block. (LEED Gold)Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and developed shop drawings, elevations, sections, and details in R.E.V.I.T. and coordination with the contract drawings. We had a complete set of drawings using Revit and checking the same on Navis works.
• Reviewed and commented on contractor’s shop drawings and other related documents for quality and sufficiency.
• A Key member for working on BIM model with coordinates using Revit 2014.
• Coordination of M.E.P. shop drawings and steel structure drawings and implementing the same on BIM REVIT model
• Delivered the schematic design for the landscape structure and liaison between the client and the contractors and weekly progress reports of the construction phase.

Ahmedabad Area, India

• Type of work - Hotel & Residence.Key Responsibilities:
• Developed sketches and drafting of concept drawings. Incorporating the standard details of stone and jali work.
• As a junior architect at Abhikram I got to learn the traditional techniques ofstone construction. How the local available material does benefits to the site productivity as well asthe cost of the building.
• Coordinated the structure drawings on-site and working with site engineers for preparing lime mortar and usage of the same in plaster and stone masonry.
• Worked on an institutional competition project and collaborated with senior architect team to work on technical drawings with subject experts
• Prepared the master plan and literature report for the urban project design proposal.- Attended various talks by Ar. Nimish Patel.
