I was born in Iran, grew up, and went to school in Jahrom. I graduated from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in the field of Food Science and Technology.Currently, I am a Member of the Board and working as a company manager at B.A Production Group (Setareh Yakhi Asia Co.). My job is to manage, guide, and collaborate with various executive and cross-functional teams to achieve the organization's strategic goals.I love my job and my company, especially since it was the first place I was hired after graduation, just when the company was launched. I am very interested in teamwork and problem-solving. My method involves breaking down problems into smaller, understandable issues and solving them by creating an atmosphere of team collaboration, exploring different perspectives and ideas, resolving differences, and leading the team. I am not a pushy person, but I don't like those who resist change.In 1977, after living in Germany for about 24 years and studying medicine at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, my father returned to his hometown, Jahrom, a small town in the southern half of Fars province, which at that time had no more than four doctors. He was my source of inspiration since childhood. He believed that I have great abilities and that I can do whatever I put my mind to in the best possible way. With this perspective, from the age of eleven, he entrusted me with various responsibilities to manage his finances and property under his supervision. Unfortunately, I lost my father at the end of 2022, but I still feel his presence and influence in my life. I believe that I should change my surrounding environment, not the environment change me.I have always tried to make the best use of available facilities and was never affected by the lack of facilities and limitations. Due to the difficult conditions of purchasing new technology and transferring it to Iran, by planning a one-year project and using the experience and knowledge of the company's technical team and with the help of technical consultants, many changes were made in the technical parts of the production machines and their functions. Finally, by re-examining the processes, we increased the production rate by 30% per month, which led to a reduction in production and overhead costs.I love my family. I like to treat people with respect and enjoy helping them. I am very interested in learning new knowledge and technologies and sharing experiences.
