Emergency Flood Assistance Project, ADB (TA Consultant)1.) Prepare a project specific procurement procedures manual in consultation with the EA/IAs to track progress.2.) Support the ADB and EA/IAs during procurement activities i.e., during evaluation of proposals and bids and preparation of evaluation reports thereof.3.)
