My personal experiences, graduate and postgraduate training, have created the perfect framework to help others with weight loss/body image, prenatal and postpartum health, and helping you understand what wellness looks like in your life right now. In essence, I look at my vocation as a place to disciple people to better health, so that they can be better versions of themselves for service to their families, their communities, and their God.My goal is never to shame you into change, or motivate you by fear.
