Started as a MFC C++ developer for a few standalone windows desktop programming but gradually adapted into a .Net C# developer desktop programming. Took on responsibilities of Software Developer and Manager of Quality Assurance due to cut-back.As a Manager of QA, the responsibility includes supervising 7 employees, scheduling work hours for interns, planning work responsibility for each of the employees, resolving conflicts, and recruiting new employee for the QA department. Planned and prepared technical reports and instructional manuals as documentation of program development. Maintained a databank of all tested protocols and released patches. Involved with the implementation and maintenance of the internal Quality System; responsible for writing, reviewing and editing of regulatory documents including test plans, release bulletin, user guide, and manuals.As a Software Engineer, the responsible includes porting routing protocols such as RIP and OSPF in VxWorks. Development was later done in Linux due to cut-back. Responsibility includes designing embedded GUI and porting mini SNMP agent for network management.

Part time internship while attending graduate school. This position was offered after I've accepted another internship at MSC Software. Generated test plan to test features according to specification. Performed the test plan and documented the test end results and possible bug reports. Verified bugs that were fixed and approved for public release

Part time internship while attending graduate school. Designed small C/C++ test programs manipulating XMotif functions under XWindow environment. Implemented a small project on generating dynamic HTML through CORBA by modifying Java code to enable XML parsing with XSL style-sheet remotely on a servlet to return a HTML document to client. Determined conditions under which tests were to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations on all UNIX platforms such as AIX, SGI, HP-UX and SUNS Solaris. Conferred with supervisor and representatives concerned with a project involving the concept of internationalization and localization, of which was especially tailored made for a Japanese customer.
