JGC Algeria has assigned me to collaborate with our esteemed client GB(Oxy-Sonatrach Consortium), where I will be working in their offices to undertake a variety of tasks.As part of an Industrial EPC Project, my role involves technical bidding and vendor document evaluation for control and instrumentation equipment. I actively support construction activities by providing information and clarification through vendors. I meticulously review instrumentation equipment data sheets and system specifications, participating in technical discussions and meetings with suppliers and clients.Additionally, I play a crucial role in reviewing supplier documentation and engineering deliverables, ensuring seamless integration within project design engineering. This encompasses scrutiny of drawings (DS / P&IDs / GA / Details), calculations, and test procedures. During construction phases, I provide essential support both remotely and on-site, facilitating equipment installation.Furthermore, I am responsible for the inspection and reception of materials and equipment, contributing to the overall success and quality of the project.

SONATRACH: « EPC Project: Realization of a 12'' gas pipeline Tiguentourine-Assekaifaf ».I assumed a crucial role in developing the SCADA system, overseeing the design of RTU and MTU systems, and integrating third-party components such as metering and cathodic protection management. Additionally, I took charge of designing and installing ESD & F&G systems, creating instrumentation specifications and data sheets, and developing Fire and Gas specifications.supported the Honeywell team in integrating the solution with Experion PKS for real-time monitoring of the 12" gas pipeline. I actively participated in technical discussions, meetings with suppliers and clients, and ensured the inspection and reception of materials. Additionally, I provided on-site support for equipment installation, start-up, and commissioning. My involvement aimed at ensuring a smooth project execution and efficient system integrationSONATRACH: «Engineering & Construction of a water treatement transfer line and two storage tanks with a capacity of 2000 and 4000 m3 at Hassi R'mel ».Our project revolves around the seamless integration of the existing Distributed Control System (DCS) with the new Electrical Control System (ECS). I spearheaded the development of a robust architecture, created detailed instrumentation specifications, and crafted a customized Fire Detection Specification for the substation. Furthermore, I actively engaged in technical discussions with suppliers and clients, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the project.

SONATRACH: « EPC Project: Renovations of a fire safety network of the CINA and CIS Hassi HassiMessaoud complexes ».my tasks include the engineering of fire protection instrumentation, encompassing fire pump systems, water fire storage tanks, and interconnections within the fire protection sub-network. This involves drafting detailed plans, technical specifications, and other relevant documents.Furthermore, I am tasked with designing the Motor Control Center (MCC) for the valves of the fire protection system, including firefighting pumps. This requires creating detailed plans and technical specifications.To ensure compliance with NFPA 20 standards, I am developing a solution and architecture for the Distributed Control System (DCS) for the automatic management of the fire-fighting network at the CINA AND CIS complex.Additionally, I am responsible for developing the sequential logic of the CINA/CIS industrial complex fire-fighting networks for automatic control (pumps, motorized valves) and real-time monitoring of all physical parameters within the network (pressure, flow rate, level).I am providing support to the Siemens team to integrate the complete solution with the Siemens DCS and WinCC SCADA system.In the realm of technical bidding, I am involved in the evaluation of control and instrumentation equipment vendor documents.Finally, my responsibilities extend to the inspection and reception of materials and equipment, along with providing on-site support as necessary for equipment installation, start-up, and commissioningSONATRACH: « EPC Project: Construction and commissioning of a pumping unit and electric substation of 5.5 kv at the industrial center CINA Hassi massaoud».I developed instrumentation specifications and data sheets, created Fire and Gas (F&G) specifications, and engineered a comprehensive control and safety system (DCS/ESD) for an oil pumping station.
