I am a dedicated team player who can also work alone , very open to new challenges and have wealth of experience in the real estate sector in Uganda for over 18years.I've also ventured into consultancy for Government and private entities where I have been successful in being the link in helping all parties conduct business.I am well traveled and speak French and English fluently and a fair understanding of Swahili. Over my 18years of experience in the real estate market in Uganda I've brokered deals for Government -Private entities & Individuals and have had an 80% success rate to date. After my interaction with Government and private entities I discovered further opportunities in consultancy and being a liaison for these parties and from June 2023 have managed to broker the development of a sports complex for government of Zanzibar & Tanzania , have secured energy deals for both governments of Zanzibar, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and South Sudan.I am strongly dedicated to my work and enjoy creating and making new partnerships globally.I am open to learn and adapt to new scenario's at all levels of work .
