In my job role as an assistant manager I am able to complete everyday tasks by ensuring I am organised and carry great time-keeping skills.To name a few of some of the tasks that need completing on a daily basis such as being responsible for 100+ staff members ensuring they are looked after. I am currently taking care of people within my role which entails hiring for the store when needed, conducting interviews and ensuring new starters are looked after during their onboarding and ensuring relevant legal documents are uploaded before commencing work. In this role I also carry out regular meetings gathering results from company surveys based around their feedback to make the workplace more beneficial for them, conducting action plans and following up on this.I have multiple years experience in completing restaurant safety audits and also food safety audits, ensuring relevant paperwork is in the correct files and again conducting action plans on the restaurant opportunities.

Shift leadership is a challenging and rewarding job role, being in charge of numerous cogs to ensure the shop floor is running like clock work. Taking care of sometimes 30+ employees on a shift organising breaks in line with working time regulations, training, food safety protocols followed in preparation for unannounced audits, dealing with external and internal customer queries, cash handling and safe key handling and customer service. Most importantly ensuring our people are taken care of and are happy within their job.
