I come with over 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. I am a certified yoga instructor, yoga therapist and neuro-somatic breath coach. I work mainly within the entertainment industry supporting artists, musicians with their craft. I also am highly knowledgeable with the body and help support those healing from chronic conditions, trauma, and any personal life struggle. I am passionate about helping those whom work with me heal from the inside out in order to live their highest quality life full of happiness.
