As the campaign scheduler, I managed all aspects of the candidate's daily schedule, ensuring that logistics ran smoothly and strategic goals for the candidate's time were achieved. I coordinated with all staff departments and multiple consulting firms to schedule meetings, interviews, and events for the candidate and handled the logistics for all virtual meetings. I also researched and wrote briefings related to the candidate's calls, meetings, and external events.

I aided in the execution of campaign rallies with 500 to 1,500 attendees, including event space setup focused on general optics and the planning and execution of line and crowd movements. I coordinated with staff and stakeholders to ensure event participants remained happy and safe.
