• Provide recruitment and administrative support to Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners and Hiring Managers in assigned Region(s).• Assist TA Operations Manager and TA Coordinators with postings of requisitions to company job board and submitting postings to college job boards. • Coordinate all registrations, interview space, logistics and communications for events. • Follow-up with candidates via (email/phone) to confirm interview appointment, request application/PI completion, notify of status, etc.• Collaborate with TA Coordinators and HR Coordinators to effectively recruit candidates and process new hire paperwork.• Assist TA Partners with various aspects of full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, application, scheduling face-to-face interviews with HM, initiate offer) for Sales Rep positions as needed.• Provide support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.• Sourced and screened desired talent and scheduled face-to-face interviews with hiring managers. • Successfully hired over 75 new employees in the retail marketing department partnership locations. • Organize the departments Facebook postings as well as texting capabilities
