My role within Online Administration consists of working with Suppliers, Managers and Customers. My work consists of attention to detail, always being proactive and the ability to communicate with all levels of customer service and administration. I am trusted to action financial decisions based on price reductions, both refunding and bringing in money to benefit the company.

My role enabled me to run the store independently for 22 weeks. I was solely in charge of the training and development of the staff.I did the recruitment for the store, this enabled me to become very organised and cautious of factors of what makes a great team and business.

Within this role, I was independently opening and closing the shop, running shifts and training staff. From this, I learned about structure of a team and how to be a leader. My administrative skills developed and understanding of systems.

As I was the only Full-Time Sales Advisor, the management team relied on me to learn vital skills such as merchandising the store and completing stock. This led me to be given direct training on how to progress and to learn at an early stage how to perform in a busy environment.
