With 8 years of experience in the healthcare sector, I started as a Receptionist at this small but very busy medical centre, where I developed strong administrative, customer service, and patient management skills. I was promoted to Practice Manager, where I led clinic operations, managed a team, and streamlined patient care processes. This role provided me with a deeper understanding of the Australian healthcare system, as well as the challenges faced by Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities in accessing healthcare services.In both roles, I worked closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, community organisations, and external partners. This experience allowed me to develop a collaborative approach to problem-solving and build strong relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
