I am a highly skilled admin assistant with over 2 years' experience in the industry. I have a strong passion for customer service and ensuring quick resolutions for end customers.My key achievements to date have been: completion and passing of my level 6 Modern Apprenticeship in Digital Applications support thus moving on to a permanent full-time role with a lead in the industry. I have recently taken the initiative since an opening in our planning department and as a result have received merit and recognition in the department and am regularly trusted with covering this work thus freeing up the backlog for the team and ensuring end customers (Scottish Police) are receiving quicker resolutions.
