Coordinated and facilitated over 340 special events in a span of 3 months in a fast-paced summer festival setting. Events included concerts, pre-show previews & second stage performances of operas, staff & guest seminars & educational programming, ticketed fundraising dinners, donor cultivation events, staff & patron receptions & parties. Managed all space reservations & event scheduling for the Glimmerglass Festival campus, managed front of house staff for all Lounge & Youth Opera music performances. Worked closely with members of the Development, Patron Services, Box Office, Artistic, Production, and Facilities staff to ensure the success of events involving each department.

Production Stage Managed world premiere of a new musical in Spanish and English, Las Polacas: The Jewish Girls of Buenos Aires, by Patricia Suarez-Cohen and Mariano Vales. Directed by Mariano Caligaris.Worked with a multicultural cast of American & Argentine actors through a bilingual rehearsal process, implemented new music and script edits, executed costume & prop maintenance and repairs.

Facilitated Load-In, Tech and Strike, acted as crew head. Hired local Stage Management & Run Crew, facilitated the transfer of the production to NYC from an out-of-town rehearsal process. Created & adhered to a production budget. Managed purchasing for all equipment & incidentals, coordinated trucking of materials for set build.

Handled daily administrative needs of the nonprofit arm of the Dramatists Guild of America. This public charity fuels the future of theater by supporting those who create it, the writers. I assisted the Executive Director with scheduling of meetings and events and research for program development. I processed grant requests from theater companies across the country to support the creation or production of new plays and musicals, as well as personal aid grants for playwrights, composers, lyricists and librettists in urgent financial need. Coordinated travel for artists and helped to plan and execute a 300-guest fundraiser gala event.
