With a deep-rooted desire to serve and provide for my community, I am passionate about my work in the non-profit world beginning in volunteer work as a young teenager. In my dedicated work in the field, I am committed to providing services that enhance communities, empathic and supportive customer care, and a high-quality of communication that complements my agency as a whole and anticipates the needs of those we serve. Additionally, I strive to be a multi-faceted team player and adapt to various situations considering the needs of my colleagues and my organization in order to overcome hurdles and accomplish the job at hand!My educational background in English language and literature has provided me with acute skills in writing and proofreading as well as the ability to be highly detail-oriented. Additionally, my passion for the arts and artistic expression, particularly through writing, has encouraged an interest in the inner workings of others and their own passions, desires, and needs. It is only by considering the other person that we may grow to better understand ourselves and what we can do to embrace the world around us and make the changes that we hope to see!
