I am deeply passionate about environmental and social justice, regenerative agriculture, food systems, botanical history, herbal medicine, and humanity's intrinsic connections to these realms. I aim to expand my understanding of how our relationships with land, community, and nature serve not only as agricultural and economic resources but also as powerful tools for ecological and social justice.Currently, I am Head Gardener at Traditional Medicinals in Sebastopol as a member of the Site Team, where I collaborate with various departments companywide to maintain and enhance the Herb Garden and Sanctuary. My role focuses on fostering community and employee engagement with the garden, beautifying the space, and refining the documentation of the garden's development. I am driven by a continuous desire to learn and to inspire greater awareness, engagement, and passion for sustainability, environmental stewardship, and our bond with the land and plants. I eagerly look forward to the opportunities ahead to contribute meaningfully within my community.
