Born and raised in the Mile High City, I gravitated towards staying in Colorado and diving into my college career at the University of Colorado Boulder. I graduated with a degree in Strategic Communications, with an emphasis in Advertising Strategy, and acquired a minor in Mandarin Chinese. The Advertising Strategy path taught me how to formulate ideas and solve problems for brands through design thinking processes grounded in analytical and creative thought. I was exposed to the fundamental principles of brand building and trained to track audience engagement across media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.Following graduation, I lived in Australia for one year and then backpacked Thailand and Indonesia for two months. Not only have I been able to travel throughout beautiful countries, but I have also fostered relationships with people worldwide. Through this experience, I have gained invaluable life lessons that have shaped my character and worldview. Through my previous work experience and working on team projects throughout undergrad, I have learned that I thrive as a leader and work well in both team-based and independent capacities.
