Service customers in the immediate consumption and education channel • Educate and sell product range to all customers.• Identify New Business opportunities.• Establish and maintain relationships with all customers.• Sell all CCA group products, promotions, merchandising standards and initiatives, demonstrating value and profit• Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders• Exceptional customer service in conjunction with annual plans to meet customers’ needs

• Establish and maintain relationships with Travel Agents,• Provide reporting in line with agreements to clients,• Analyse reports to ensure the client’s requirements are being met,• Implementation of all new accounts (including back office & mid-office set-up,initiating preferred supplier agreements),• Co-ordinate the response of customer complaints/issues,• Record all corrective measures have been initiated to avoid similar issues, • Large Portfolio of accounts – 1.3 million
