My mission is to enable companies, regardless of size, to actively contribute to a more sustainable future. Over the last 20 years, I have the unique experience of creating and driving global sustainability and compliance strategies from the ground up for two international publically-listed companies. I have also worked on regulatory compliance topics for Microsoft, KPMG, and Yara International. In my last corporate role as Chief ESG & Integrity Officer, I was responsible for global risk, compliance and sustainability in 45 countries. Reporting to the board, I understood the importance of delivering data-driven insights. I also have first hand experience managing budgetary constraints while trying to increase oversight. I am passionate about making ESG implementation fast, easy and accesible for companies of all sizes. I also have a deep interest in technology and AI. I co-founded Oslo.AI in 2019 and Ethical AI resources in 2018 (transferred to NORA.AI in 2023). In 2023, I founded Fortifai, a SaaS startup to fast-track continuous ESG regulatory compliance. We are fortunate to be already working with some of the fastest-growing companies in Norway. We raised our pre-seed round with an European Impact VC (Impact Shakers) and two of Norway’s top early-stage VCs (Startuplab and RunwayFBU) in 2024.
