As a hall coordinator, I directly managed 4-6 student staff members and oversaw 600-900 residents. Within this role I helped recruit and onboard staff members, support students during hardship, and assist in different crisis response situations.

Collaborated with conference sponsors to host camps and conferences on campus, providing housing and meal plans. I managed student staff and worked with them to provide upstanding service, and manage fast turn arounds for our guests.
