Supported and covered for the General Manager, day to day duties included payroll, HR, recruitment, staff training, maintaining service and brand standards. Budgeting, forecasting & P&L control. I was also nominated to be the district Christmas co-ordinator for 2013 and helped with the district training. During this time I also covered managers in other pubs within the district.

A beautifully refurbished gastropub and boutique hotel in the wonderful countryside of herefordshire. I helped promote the restaurant and hotel throughout hereford and within the first 6 months of opening we managed to smash all targets set by the owners. The restaurant used all local and fresh produce and I worked very closely with the head chef to produce breathtaking dishes. I provided all staff training as well as day to day management of the restaurant.
