Supported TA's Investor Relations team as they conducted fundraising for their flagship fund, TA XV, which closed with total commitments reaching the $16.5 billion hard cap in under seven months.Assisted in the general project and process management for the Investor Relations team through the management of the LP question bank during the fundraising of TA XV, the Investment Communications Archive, and TA General Inbox to appease SEC regulatory compliance. Further supported project and process management by fostering data enrichment within new CRM and Chronograph technologies, editing company slides for TA’s Annual Meeting and Investor presentations (formatting, financials, fund information, etc.), and creating LP bios for various company events, workshops, and meetings.Supervised LP Meeting Calendar support and operations by creating interactions for LP meetings in the database and tagging them with corresponding information, adding LP notes from each meeting to the DB, pulling LP ID reports for VPs and the Department Head to prepare for meetings, and encrypting Investor and Fund presentations for new LP presentations.This experience was a 6-month co-op position as a part of Northeastern University's Co-op Program.
