Service Delivery Department Manager The Service Delivery Department has been described as the 'hub' of the business, and the department manager role includes coordinating all job planning requirements for the Service Delivery Department. Ensure full utilisation of Compliance Teams, as well as managing the team of service delivery coordinators and compliance reporting team leader on a day-to-day basis.I have been a key member of the on boarding team, taking on new projects and contracts, and helped to ensure key accounts run smoothly and to specification, key to my role is keeping good communication with and building relations with new and existing customers.

Co founder and editor of Hooked on Horses magazineSetup and ran an independent regional equestrian magazine, both in-print and online, writing and editing much of the publication, which was printed on a monthly basis.

Working on a freelance basis on location, collecting material, in the form of interviews and observation. Following this, I wrote editorial to answer a pre supplied brief, working to a deadline and a strict word count.

I worked within various departments of this company, working on a part time basis whilst carrying out my studies at both college and university. I originally worked within the contracts department, performing offices duties as well as completing post clean report documents, which went out to clients. During my time here I also redesigned and updated much of Swiftclean's stationary, such as the post-clean report template, interim forms and paperwork handled by clients. Throughout my time at Swiftclean, I also worked in the sales department as a marketing assistant, as well as in the surveying department, as a surveying administrator. My varied experience at Swiftclean has enabled me to develop knowledge in all sides of the business, and gain an understanding of interdepartmental skills.
