• Plan, execute and manage marketing activities to drive demand, active use and retention for Creative Cloud & Document Cloud across SMB and Channel in ANZ• Manage and optimise ANZ MDF plans & budgets with Adobe’s Platinum Partner network• Partner with Sales & Channel teams to support pipeline creation and retention initiatives • Plan and manage end to end campaigns including Events, Sponsorships, EDMs, Social, Telesales/prospecting, Webinars and more• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to optimise campaign success

• Support ANZ’s sales and marketing efforts through qualifying outbound and inbound calls, chats, and emails to build quality pipeline. • Prospecting, cold-calling and setting discovery calls using Vortex Prospecting Training skills • Adhere to and enforce lead/opportunity distribution processes, policies and procedures within the ADM team, and support the field sales and marketing organization. • Assist customers with understanding Adobe’s digital marketing solutions, how they provide value and deliver compelling digital experiences. • Keep Salesforce CRM up to-date with lead/opportunity notes, qualification status/tracking, correct marketing event codes with the ability to track success. • Internal monthly reporting and communication on team performance and updates.
