• Responsible for all solution discovery, qualification, and demonstration activities for Executive Agencies, Field Activities, Civilian Agencies, and Offices of Inspector General• Manage all POCs and trials with federal clients through definition of success criteria, building demonstration environments, conducting training, and marshaling the opportunity through sales close• Confidently and accurately communicate federal product road-map to existing and future customers• Continuously re-evaluate active Galvanize and federal partner opportunities with Account Executive to maintain the health and accuracy of the Federal Team pipeline• Identify, support and/or lead the building of new federal strategic partner relationship opportunities to increase breadth of qualified deals and Galvanize federal network

• Assist in the qualification of opportunities through technical solution discovery discussions with commercial and banking customers• Design and develop appropriate solutions which meet customer business objectives, and address needs and challenges • Deliver customer specific solution demonstrations and business value presentations to stakeholders across organizations

• Designing and validating API solutions with internal product teams and presenting to enterprise clients• Identifying and communicating internal API and product gaps to product teams based on client implementations and feedback• Identifying and communicating API opportunities to Product Manager based on client patterns and trends• Developing API documentation and sales empowerment tools to assist sales team with future opportunities• Communicating project risks and dependencies to stakeholders including executive team members

• Extracting, analyzing and validating business requirements from clients to ensure software and platform services continue to meet and surpass client expectations• Translating requirements into Personas, Scenarios, and Use Cases in order to effectively communicate business need to stakeholders and development team• Prioritizing and managing team backlog and triage to ensure alignment with other teams and with organizational goals• Collaborating with Interaction Designers and Developers to plan, estimate and execute feature implementation• Liaising with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth development and execution of client demos, pitches and implementations

• Analyzing existing information systems, diagnosing issues and working with business stakeholders in determining realistic and actionable alternative solutions to address business needs• Interviewing and collaborating with business stakeholders in gathering requirements to address business’ needs in order to improve, automate or reengineer business processes• Documenting project scope, functional requirements and out-of-scope items in the form of Use Cases, BRDs and mapping documents
