Customer oriented calls handling of outbond and inbond calls of customers

From April 2013 working as an Operation Executive for TCS iON Bhopal.TCS iON is conducting online examination at various cities. Before examination I have to go to the respective center to do the mock test. Before mock test I have to check the computers whether they are compatible for the examination or not. If they are not I have to report this to the respective staff of that organization to make compatible before the examination. My role is to coordinate with the technical team for conducting the online examination.I have to coordinate with the local staff of the organization and to do the verification of the nodes after verification I have to do the mock test to verify that the candidate is able to do the examination. And to verify the candidate documents before entering the examination room, During examination verification of student’s signature , Verification of documents for the proof of valid students.If something found wrong I report to my senior team members. Also I have to make the required arrangements for the examination at the center before the examination.

The main features of this application include profile administration, job search and job application by job seekers, job posting and profile search by employers. My role was to design the database and user interface for the application along with creating critical pages for the job portal which includes robust job search engine and job listing screens.

Tornado Computers had Annual Maintenance Contracts with different organizations and represented them as a Systems Engineer. At Tornado Computers, worked on troubleshooting the hardware installations, identifying the network problems and rectifying them. Analyzed system logs and identified potential issues. Data backups and routine audits of systems and software. Applied OS updates and patches.

The job involved trouble shooting the problems and resolving them for different client computers onsite and in office. Responsibilities included configuration, troubleshooting systems and upgrading machines, installing OS and application software.Worked on Red Hat Linux installation and administration, UNIX installation and administration. Worked on dummy Network and Router simulator software followed by exposure to real networks and routers. Network troubleshooting, network related problems. Worked on implementing security policies and allocating permissions in Win2000.
