I am an excited intern at Legacy Elementary. I will be working in a fourth grade classroom and helping the teacher with one on one work with students that need extra support. I will be learning the tricks to teaching fourth grade and handling a class. I can't wait! I am currently working on my Early Childhood Education Pathway as I take Early Childhood Education 1 and 2. I am also studying Child Development and participating in the Educators Rising Club. I love having the opportunity to teach and be around preschoolers in my Early Childhood Class. I have taken many concurrent enrollment classes from Utah Valley University, such as Astronomy, Chemistry, History, Financial Literacy, and Art Foundations. I love education and want to help encourage young children to enjoy it like I do. I strive to help kids gain the interest and want to learn, to enjoy it, and to constantly be looking for opportunities to gain more knowledge to learn.
