This project led to the success of training 600 individuals.Conducted in-depth research and created course content from scratch, ensuring that all material was up-to-date, evidence-based, and aligned with the objectives of the NG CARES program.Successfully pioneered, organized and managed the operational and logistical aspects of a 10-day pilot course project, ensuring seamless execution.Supervised and mentored a team of instructors, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure course objectives were met and training quality remained high.Innovatively prioritized the technological advancement of continuity of key health and wellness programs such as the CHW Program, First Line Leader Program, and the Total Health Program in Idaho, all of which support the NG CARES mission to build stronger, more connected service members and families.
