Manage Sales Team and Facilitate Growth with Key National Accounts

•Created, developed sales department protocols and new channels for distribution•Manage the efforts and activities of sales department in alignment with corporate revenue goals and objectives.•Supervise sales personnel, including recruitment, termination, training, performance evaluations, work allocation, and conflict resolution.•Analyze the effectiveness of sales programs; recommend and implement changes based on findings.•Monitor records and reports – including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment – to ensure customer satisfaction.•Develop, prepare, and deliver sales materials, conference appearances, and other promotional programs.• Assist in annual budget planning; monitor expenditures throughout the fiscal year.•Maintain contracts and relations with major accounts, outlets, wholesalers, vendors, and other distributors/business partners.•Develop and implement distribution strategies, reselling agreements, and other growth opportunities.•Develop, manage, and nurture new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and volume goals.•Communicate brand identity internally to sales department, key accounts, and the customer base at large.•Provide input from sales department for the collaboration of strategic and tactical planning processes.
