In my job at Teleperformance, I had the responsibility of handling customers' complaints and queries about our brands products. When doing this I delivered excellent and professional customer service when talking to our customers. I worked effortlessly to achieve the high standards of the company and made sure to use my interpersonal and communication skills when engaging with customers to tailor my advice and recommendations. I also made sure that I exceeded the targets and expectations set, however, my main goal was to make sure that the customer left our interaction, happy and satisfied.
