As the Donor Care Coordinator, I played a crucial role within the New City Kids Support Services team. I provided essential customer service, managed customer intelligence, handled database services and data mining, and offered administrative support, contributing to the organization's growth and impact in the nonprofit sector.In terms of finance, I managed all incoming cash, checks, and online transactions, adhering to New City Kids' financial procedures. I collaborated closely with the bookkeeper for monthly accounting reconciliation and yearly audit support, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Managing the donor database was another key responsibility. I maintained data integrity in Salesforce, provided staff support for database-related issues, and improved the organization's utilization of the Salesforce platform. Over four enriching years, I led initiatives with passion and dedication, crafting compelling campaign themes and artwork that resonated across social media platforms. As a volunteer with AIM through the World Race program, I partnered with 11 ministries in 11 countries, coming alongside them to serve in whatever capacity that was needed. This included teaching English, working with vulnerable and orphaned children, manual labor, evangelism and community outreach. I volunteered with non-profits, churches, and children's homes in Bulgaria, Albania, Moldova, Romania, India, Nepal, Mongolia, China, South Africa, Botswana, & Eswatini.
