Arivaca Boy’s Ranch is a Level 2 inpatient behavioral health facility for teenage boys (13-18) in Arizona. The boys have various individual struggles including anger management, histories of trauma, substance abuse, attachment and mood disorders, and mental health diagnoses.​The primary responsibility of a Behavioral Health Paraprofessional at Arivaca Boy’s Ranch is to be a positive mentor and role model to the residents and to facilitate a safe and caring environment.
