It's amazing for me to think that what essentially began as a part time job to earn money and work experience in college turned out to be the catalyst that started my career journey in the asset protection/loss prevention field. Today, I'm a seasoned asset protection executive with a passion for building teams, managing big projects and solving business problems. My work experiences have included assignments in single store, multi-store and corporate headquarters environments giving me a diverse perspective and broad scope of the business.

In my current role at Erntz asset management, I'm leading initiatives that are assisting in merging the asset protection departments of what used to be two separate companies into a single enterprise division. Paramount to the success of the merger has been the identification of synergies and subsequent savings through combing efforts and eliminating redundancies. Through analysis I've identified numerous savings opportunities and am executing projects to capture those savings while leading an Asset Protection team focused on enhancing profit by controlling shrink.
