I am employed as a house manager for a UHNW family to manage their primary 7 bedroom property in Kensington & Chelsea and their holiday properties in Southampton & Verbier.My main duties include: · Fully responsible for the day to day running of staff & clients movements · Managing the team of housekeepers, service, chefs, gardener and maintenance in all properties and communicating clients movements. Creating rotas & schedules according to the clients schedule providing guidance and direction on required tasks.· Working closely with PA’s to ensure the clients diary is run seamlessly and organisation for all events· Creating and maintaining household manuals, checklists, routine lists, preferences and inventories for all properties to follow for direction and refer to.· Coordinating with the chef & wine consultants regarding menus and wine pairings for events / dinners. Responsible for checking out/in wine from the wine cellar, pre & post events· Scheduling & organizing events, dinner parties & family occasions. Coordination and supervision of external caterers and/or serving staff as applicable during events hosted at the property · Coordinating & overseeing private/business lunches, dinners and events at the property. Creating transparent event sheets with all menu, set-up & service information. Facilitating the smooth running of the event on the day.· Organizing contractors for maintenance works & servicing as well as repairs in accordance to budget allocation per annum. Creating and following a annual maintenance schedule to ensure all required works are completed

I was employed on a busy, world travelling 109 meter privately owned super yacht. The vessel is heavily used by its high profile owners and their immediate family and friends. As Chief Stewardess I was the main point of contact for all guests and responsible for the operation and logistics onboard.My main duties included:- Attending to the principal and family of up to 20 needs and requirements- Managing a team of 12 staff including recruiting, creating rota’s, manuals and SOPs- Concierge services such as restaurant bookings, tour itineraries, meal planning, event planning- Providing high end food & beverage service to guests - Liaising with contractors and suppliers to manage and maintain the upkeep of the high end interior - Working closely with high end interior designers to supply silver, crystal, chinaware, upholstery and furnishing

I was employed onboard a 99meter superyacht that is privately owned and heavily used by a UHNW family of 16. As I worked with the family for many years, my role became extremely diverse and covered duties onboard the superyacht as well as managing their multiple shoreside residences.My main duties involved:- Managing, Recruiting & Training a team of 15 staff.- Attending to the principal and family needs and requirements.- Liaising and scheduling external staff such as governesses, florists and hair & beauty therapists- Working closely with high end interior designers to supply silver, crystal, chinaware, upholstery and furnishings to cater for the owners style of taste. This often involved purchasing & sourcing hard to find items from around the world. - Scheduling and organizing contractor works onboard to provide maintenance and repairs to marble, wood and upholstery.- Organizing themed events and dinner parties for up to 100 guests including scheduling high end performance acts- Implementing and maintaining budget structure - Provisioning & purchasing for guests and staff of 50

I worked onboard a busy 82 meter superyacht which was heavily used by celebrities, entrepreneurs and UHNW guests from around the world. My main duties included:- Providing 7* food & beverage service to 12 guests including wine pairing, cocktail making and silver service- Providing high end housekeeping to 6 cabins- Laundry & Wardrobe management- Maintenance & Care to silverware, marble furnishings, glass, crystalware, wood surfaces, upholstery and silk.- Providing and supplying uniform to 30 staff and monitoring stock control & inventories
