3 years on phone experience selling car and home insurance, dealing with customer queries and making suitable amendments to policies at request. Also dealing with internal queries and procedures with claims, navigating customers needs and processing the correct amendment. 2 years also on an admin-only team, dealing with customers, solicitors, underwriting, claims and with our on-phone colleagues. This work revolved around correcting errors made by consultants, logging these appropriately and making sure the correct action is taken following. We also used the claims database systems to update and charge any monies following changes to a claim's status. We received postal information and regular emails, and used Microsoft word, excel, Outlook frequently, and also 3 separate systems to access all areas required. Whilst working from home, I also used Citrix.
