In 2020 I created Rewild Agency, to assist organisations with sustainability measurement, strategy, communication and education. Through my work as a sustainability consultant with Rewild, I am committed to uncovering new ways of thinking about how sustainability can be embedded both within long-term organisational strategy and day-to-day business operations.

At Erin Living, I am responsible for sustainability research, planning and strategy in what is a highly collaborative environment with a long-term approach. When talking about PropTech, there exists a symbiotic relationship between improved social infrastructure and the growing sense of urgency to transition the property industry to net-zero emissions. Sustainability and community are linked through this relationship, and my role allows me to develop creative solutions that foster community at the same time as working toward decarbonising the sector. I am optimistic for the future of the industry and believe that Erin can play an integral role in the built environment’s transition to net-zero.

I worked with Assemble as the Head of Community where I helped launch the ‘Assemble Model’ in 2018 – a new pathway to home ownership that bridges the gap between renting and owning a home. Assemble is a build-to-rent (BTR) development and community management company focused on delivering affordable housing projects where sustainability, good design and community go hand-in-hand.At Assemble, I was responsible for developing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability Strategy for the business. This work inspired me to pursue my Masters of Environment and Sustainability to further develop my skills and experience in sustainability strategy, management, and measurement. In addition to leading Assemble’s CSR and Sustainability Strategy, my work at Assemble was at the intersection of community engagement, business strategy, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnership development, communications, and customer experience.

Prior to Assemble, I spent time living in North America, where I worked with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) in San Francisco — one of the largest and most influential architecture, interior design, engineering, and urban planning firms in the world. Here, I gained experience in architectural communications, marketing, and international business development. At SOM, my work primarily spanned across SOM’s West Coast practices (San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seattle), in addition to working on business development and marketing projects for a number of large-scale developments in China. I also created numerous ‘minigraph’ case studies of SOM's progressive approach to Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) and most innovative projects. Facilitating clear communication with many diverse stakeholders was at the core of my role, including maintaining relationships with clients and consultants such as the University of California and the General Services Administration (GSA).

In 2013, I founded Affix Magazine – an independent, biannual print publication orientated around sustainable development, urban design, city planning and diverse cultures. Affix was distributed internationally and was stocked in over 15 countries globally.

As the Communications Manager of CHT Architects, a Melbourne and Penang-based architectural design firm, I was responsible for leading all business development, communications and marketing initiatives for the firm.
