I have been training and personal training for many years. During that time I've trained with and learnt from body builders, athletes, gymnasts and nutritionists who have taught me a lot and have enabled me to advance my knowledge and abilities in training others. Spending years dedicating my life to the gym, working on my own goals as well as the goals of my clients has enabled me to create and master a unique way of training that will take you to a whole new level of fitness.Over the years I have also worked and taught classes at various gyms and leisure centres, as well as doing home and park sessions. Whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, toning and shaping, improvement of fitness or just generally wanting to be healthier I can create workouts that are specifically tailored to the individual.
