Sole responsibility for the Bradford, Huddersfield, Leeds areas regarding Part Qualified and Qualified by Experience financial recruitment.

Responsible for Advertising and pushing the branding of Company Image.Overseeing creation of new in-house database system and public web site.Working alongside and reporting to Managing Director and Directors to increase fees billed by each franchise.Support for 11 Regional Directors and Head Office staff (including off site training and support and launching each new office)Responsible for new Directors induction and guidance in first months.Responsible for data analysis and database maintenance and ensuring hitting of targets
