CurrentPartner with business leaders to drive full life-cycle recruitment, including developing targeted, innovative search strategies, actively sourcing prospects, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring process.Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruiting process, including coaching and guidance on best practices. Develop and present interview training as needed.Drive our university outreach program by partnering with leadership to develop a strategy, identify top talent, and build key relationships with professors and students.Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for all participants involved. Partner with internal stakeholders to create and produce training materials related to recruiting processes. Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new and fine-tuning current processes that align with GeoEngineers’ business and strategic objectives.
