Escape Hunt is a brand of escape room games that like to offer a unique, premium experience to all customers. This job is equally a hospitality and retail role. It is a customer facing role and I pride myself on being a happy and bubbly when talking to customers, being able to read a person and know just what they want from their experience when they step foot through our doors. My responsibilities include customer service, taking bookings and payments, watching the escape games via CCTV and providing in-character stories and clues, as well as resetting the games and offering services like catering and drinks. My current position is creative, and I will provide out of the box ideas for our escape rooms, puzzles and general running of our site.
