- Design, develop, and maintain web applications such as Patient Portal, Lab Portal, and PGD portal using ASP.net MVC, C#, HTML, CSS, and Jquery. - Consult with clinical staff to determine functional specifications and write programming code to create or enhance functionality and/or appearance of company applications based on HIPAA regulation.- Manage new releases with Microsoft source control system TFS.- Write documentation for our EMR software products according to specifications, HIPAA regulations and end user requirements.- Improve functionality and/or performance of EMR software products.- Test on new and existing EMR programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.- Analyze testing results, formulate modifications and implement solutions to problem areas- Prepare and write reports for management and/or team members on the status of the programming process.- Train users on how to operate new or latest version of EMR products.

- Developed a reporting system by using Asp.net and Orcale 11g database for EDM planners both in Taiwan and China to reduce the time consumption by 84% when generating the weekly reports. Time consumption decreased from 3 hrs to 0.25 hr.- Trained planners on how to properly write SQL and use simple skills to maintain the reporting system.- Solved technical problems from user point-of-view, realized their pain points, and predicted the potential risks by tracing their using behavior.
