I am passionate about helping people achieve their own success through property investment.My journey into property investment began because I wanted to create a lifestyle of my own design, where I could live life on my own terms. I was extremely disillusioned with the traditional corporate 9-5 and working for a retirement that might never actually turn up. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and I built my property investment business from scratch to a portfolio able to support me and my lifestyle in just a few short years. My property investment experience includes:- Buy-to-let properties rented to both professionals and individuals in receipt of Local Housing Allowance (LHA) or Universal Credit- Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO's) rented to professionals- Build-to-Sell development from planning application right through to sale completion- Finding finance for property investments- Property refurbishments from aesthetics to re-wiring, re-roofing etc.- Structural alterations to properties- Evictions of problem tenants- Buying through agents, auctions and direct to vendorI believe that anyone can succeed in property investment with the right knowledge and some confidence!
